A cut down version of the Aged Stock Balance reports available. This report shows the last dates recorded against Goods In and Goods Out from both Issues and Sales. Show More This information can then be exported into Excel and used to analyse the dates and the average months the item has been in stock to determine items that may be considered as ‘Slow Moving’. This report will return the current (not retrospective) value of the held stock but can be run with full control of the selected warehouses. The standard Sage stack valuation report will only allow for All or a single warehouse to be reported.

This ‘must have’ report allows you to monitor your stock levels and valuation by aged columns to quickly identify the slower moving items and if your money is tied up in stock that has not moved off the shelf for many months or years. Show More Each user will have different break points for the reported columns so the first five columns can be fixed by pre-set criteria and the sixth column can be set at run time so as to mark the start point (in days) for the final seventh column. With this ‘movable’ break point for column 7 the items captured in this column can be easily noted to have been in stock for at least the number of days entered. Note: this report has the criteria for the warehouse fully functional – The standard Sage 200 Stock Valuation report only allows for the warehouse to be set as ALL or IS This report has been formatted to ensure that when exported to Excel it is immediately available to be analysed further without the need to manipulate the output.

Each reported stock item may be linked to no supplier, a single supplier or multiple suppliers. If a supplier is linked they will hold a LIST price and a LAST BUYING price. Show More When the report is run you can choose to ignore the non preferred suppliers. Reported prices are in the supplier’s currency – the report shows the supplier’s currency symbol.
